Aeon Systems Announces Q3 2025 Results

Aeon Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEON) today reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. Revenue for the quarter was $348.2 million, an increase of 29% over the same period in the prior year. Aegis embodied companion contracts increased to 1,580, up from 1,350 at the end of fiscal year 2024. The company reaffirmed full-year guidance.

Aeon Systems Publishes 2024 Annual Safety Report

Aeon Systems today published its fourth annual companion safety report, covering all deployments across both the disembodied platform and the Aegis embodied program for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.

Key findings include a continued record of zero client injuries across all embodied deployments, a 12% reduction in behavioral variance incidents compared to the prior year, and a 98.3% uptime rate across the disembodied platform.

Aeon Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEON) today announced the completion of its initial public offering of 26,250,000 shares of common stock at a price of $32.00 per share, raising approximately $840 million in gross proceeds before underwriting discounts and offering expenses.

The offering was led by Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as joint book-running managers, with J.P. Morgan and Barclays as additional book-running managers.

First Aegis Companion Cohort Completes Onboarding

Aeon Systems today announced that the first full cohort of Aegis embodied companions has completed its onboarding and calibration process and is now available for contract matching. The cohort represents the first group of companions to complete neural integration and developmental calibration through the company's expanded cultivation pipeline, following the success of early prototype deployments in 2022.

Each companion in the cohort underwent a multi-week calibration process including neural integration assessment, motor proficiency training, sensory calibration, conversational readiness evaluation, and behavioral parameter verification before being cleared for placement.

Aeon Systems Unveils Aegis Embodied Companion Program

Aeon Systems today announced the Aegis program, a new platform for physically embodied synthetic companions designed for individual, in-home placement. Built on advances in synthetic biology and neural interface technology, the Aegis program extends Aeon's conversational AI into fully organic companion bodies capable of domestic support, social interaction, and personal companionship in the home environment.

Aeon Systems Reports Positive Results from Companion Pilot Program

Aeon Systems today shared results from its 18-month pilot program, which deployed the Aeon disembodied companion platform across fourteen assisted living facilities in the Northeast.

Companion satisfaction rates averaged 4.6 out of 5.0 across all participating facilities. Facility staff reported measurable decreases in resident agitation, sleep disruption, and emergency calls during overnight hours. Three facilities extended their contracts before the pilot period ended.
